What is your standard shipping policy for golf clubs and bags?
We offer standard ground shipping across North America. Orders for in-stock clubs and bags are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.
Can I return a golf club if I have already used it on the range?
To qualify for a full refund, items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and headcovers. Once a club has been hit or the plastic wrap removed from the head, it is no longer eligible for return, though it may qualify for our trade-in program.
Are the golf products sold on your site authentic and under warranty?
Yes, Niagara Golf Warehouse is an authorized retailer for all brands we carry, including Titleist, TaylorMade, Callaway, and PING. All new equipment comes with the full manufacturer's warranty against defects.
Do you offer custom fitting or club specifications?
We stock a wide variety of standard specifications. For custom shaft lengths, specific grips, or lie angle adjustments, please contact our support team before placing your order to check availability and lead times for custom builds.
